Credential Use
Official EchoTone Films credentials are issued exclusively to authorized production personnel.
Each credential is non-transferable and must be visibly worn at all times while on event grounds.
Media Conduct
Crew members will maintain a respectful, professional, and unobtrusive presence during all events and performances.
No disruption of performances, rehearsals, or adjudication areas will be permitted.
Filming and photography will occur only from approved media zones or with prior permission from event officials.
Interviews with students, directors, or staff will be conducted only with consent and under appropriate supervision.
All footage captured remains the intellectual property of EchoTone Films LLC, used solely for authorized documentary and promotional purposes.
